Celebrate the Chinese New Year with us on 21 February!
The Confucius Institute at the University of Szeged organizes a Lunar New Year Festival for their Hungarian and Chinese friends. Visitors will have the chance to attend lectures on the Chinese New Year, Lantern Festival and related traditions.
We are going to watch the best parts of the Chinese Central Television’s programme about the Festival while preparing some traditional rice dumplings symbolizing the unity of the family and friendship. We promise to offer some more traditional Chinese snacks as well to fulfil everyone’s taste! Moreover, we have prepared some surprise presents for those who answer our quiz questions correctly.
